Care of your Jewellery
Each design is one-of-a-kind and constructed with vintage components and estate jewellery. Many of the components include rhinestones, vintage Swarovski crystals and faux pearls. As a result of these vintage components there may be slight imperfections or discoloration due to the aging process, adding charm, character and romance
Improper handling and wear may result in lost rhinestones or other parts. Please treat this special piece of jewellery with care.
Shipping
All items are shipped first class through the Canada Postal Service. If you require insurance or priority shipping, please notify me before paying so that I can send you a revised invoice.
I ship First Class to International destinations. If you would like Priority or express shipping and a tracking number please contact me. There is an additional charge that is required for these upgrade choices.
Purchases are shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment. All jewellery is shipped in an eco-friendly, cotton-filled gift box and packed in a bubble-lined mailer I regret that I cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Although I've never had a lost shipment, I would suggest that you consider buying insurance for expensive items.
Prices
Prices on the website are subject to change without notice. If there are any errors or typos due to data entry, the decision of the designer would be final. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not pleased with your Vintage Bling, simply contact me by email or phone within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and a restocking fee.
Wholesale Inquiries
I offer wholesale discounts to licensed, retail businesses. There is a minimum $500.00 order for wholesale purchases. If you are interested, please contact me directly at info@vintagebling.ca to learn more about my wholesale policies.
