Description
Postage Stamp Necklace With Mother of Pearl and Heart Locket. This necklace was so much fun to make, but even more fun to wear. The focal point is from a resin Italian postage stamp brooch, which I mounted onto an Art Deco piece. The little boy in the barrel is so endearing! I have incorporated both gold and silver metals with a mix of genuine Mother of Pearl, rhinestones and filigree beads. The sweet gold plated locket is monogrammed 'E.C.' on the front and on the back is handwritten 'Love Shorty 50'. Don't you just wish it could tell you a love story? That fascinates me! I love the history in a detail like that.
